Found this little ring detecting the tot lot while my kids were playing. Can't quite make out the markings on the inside. Anyone know what it might be?

Looks like a 9 ... maybe .925 silver ? Nice find :icon_thumright:

Glen, Thanks and it might. After getting a flash light and looking at it more I would say it is an "XC" (ring is upside down in the picture if so). If this is an xc, it is a possible Christian symbol. I'll have to show it to my buddy Frank to see what he thinks. Either way, I had fun finding it! :)

A jeweler's loupe sure comes in handy for reading the markings in rings or any other small details. You can find them on the net for about $3 for a 30x by 21mm. I picked up three of them on eBay for $6 total and that included shipping!

woo hoo nice find

:icon_thumright:Nice find! I took my 3 linked wedding bands to a jewler ,so he could tell me if its pure silver, and sure enough ,thats what he said to me! :)

Nice find! Maybe it is a size 9.

Looks like a size 9 to me too. Investing in a loupe in a great idea.
