Looking for a metal detecting group to join near Saratoga, NY 2-12-17

I recently moved to the Saratoga, NY area and would love to find a metal detecting group to join so that I can go to meetings and perhaps learn from more experienced folks.
If anyone has information about ACTIVE groups in the Saratoga, NY area, I'd appreciate your help.
