I remember there was a Waltz clue of having to go past an Indian circle on the trail to get to his mine. Does anyone know what book or any related info to this clue? TIA

I believe that clue about an Indian Circle was ruled out long ago because the person who wrote it was faking it and published a book saying he Found the Lost Dutchman Mine.

It's a very known clue from the route which has told Waltz on his deathbed to Dick Holmes. Dick Holmes never found the LDM.
