If you are trying to do a search on TNet of threads from members that have found "class rings", click on "Forum" at the top left corner of the page, then type "class rings" in the box to the far right that's labeled "Enter search phrase...." and click on "GO" to the right of the search box.

Assuming you have a rough idea where these two rings were lost and you do purchase a metal detector, you need to be aware that a detector will indicate what the target is in the ground, but since Gold and Aluminum are close to each other on the electrical conductivity scale, you will be digging an endless supply of the old type of Aluminum pulltabs before you will find the Gold rings.

You other option is to contact https://theringfinders.com and contact a member in your area. They will help recover the rings for a fee.
