Looking to confirm the source of a dog tag.

Aloha all,

A while back, I found a odd metal tag on the island of Maui, and found it closely matched another tag posted on an earlier thread, identified to be a dog tag of the Hawaiian Kingdom. The thread matched it to a tag found in page 57-58 of William J. Bone's U. S. Dog License Tags and Related Exonumia, an extremely elusive book to get ahold of online. I'm including it in an academic paper but to properly identify the tag and cite the source, I'd like to confirm the tag matches that found in the book. Would anyone be able to upload the page including this tag, or direct me to how I can gain access to this book?

Attached is the tag I found (extremely rusted), and the tag that was posted on the original thread that closely matches mine.

Looks legit to me. Super nice tag from Maui.
I managed a bunch of clad on Kaanapali beach when I went back in 1994 hoping for some jewelry.

Oh yeah ~ that is 100% a dog tag!! Super rare find. I have the newest edition of the dog tag book that you mentioned. It is available directly from the editor ~ Holly Duin.
