Lost my v3i password

Any idea of what to do if you loose your password for your v3i? I'm trying to remove my name and phone from it and can't.

You will need to contact the "factory" to reset it. That is now either Garrett or www.centrevilleelectronicsnw.com.

They can't do it.

The only way to reset it is with a program that White's had... enter the serial number and it would generate the unit's master password. If neither Garrett nor Centreville have that program then it was tossed out and there is no way to do it.
