Mail lady came today and brought me THREE packages to the door. I have two large flat rate mailing boxes to go out, I put them in the car so no one would steal them, she has nice enough to bring the packages to the door and had the note and I reminded her to get the two boxes as they were too big for the box.

They are still in the car.

Maybe it's the heat. Tomorrow I'll write the note in crayon.

No intellagence.lol I sometimes put my Ebay packages in my mail box with a note outgoing mail in box 3333 Thanks and its right by the key hole they have to open to put mail in the next day my outgoing is still there Lazy people I could just request a pick up but Im trying to make it easier

I did not leave a note in crayon but took them to a different post office on Saturday.

Is this about me?

I don’t trust my mail person to pick up a letter, let alone a package. I bring everything to the post office.

Is this about me?

If the shoe fits!

Maybe she saw a spider, we have lots of them, and just zoomed away!

When I first read the title, I thought it was about members of Congress. The mail carrier was probably busy texting and simply forgot to check the car.

Leave her some cookies and milk and while she’s munchin and drinkin maybe she’ll have the where-with-all to look down at the note.:laughing7:

Maybe there are regulations about taking things out of peoples cars unless they look like USPS property. Instead of complaining and calling her names on a message board you could have handed her the packages while she was at the your door.

I know how you feel though. I keep trying to get our trash pickup guys to take my trash barrel from the garage to their truck. They tell me I'm nucking futz. I'm just trying to save myself some steps.

Davest, we've been doing the truck thing for 15 years.

And leaving milk and cookies in the mail box, no not really, it's 95 degrees out this week. That would be sour milk and ant and spider infested cookies.

oh. I apologize. How did you get this started? I want to get my trash guys to carry my trash can from my garage to the truck and back again. It's getting heavy or I'm getting old. I think it's the first.

Davest, did you want them to TAKE the trash or LEAVE it? Sometimes mine will LEAVE it. Once they took a can. Now I do my own trash.

And let's not talk about the police. I called a few weeks ago as shotgun pellets were zipping through a tree 20' or less from me. They asked if I would go outside and see if I could see the person doing it and which direction it was coming from.

LIKE NO! Which part of "shooting outside nearby" didn't you get?

Smokey, your Civil Servants are sorely lacking in the servant department. Maybe it's a local thing. An attitude.
