My finds
Okay now that I'm settled down and realize there's no more , here i go , this park is within walking distance and i have been there since i started detecting but here is one small hill that is very steep , well one day this guys said you should try on the hill he said kids sled there when it snows , so on Monday i got bored and took my AT Pro to the park i looked at that hill and seen that if i walked to the end it was not to steep at all to the top , got to the top and it was nice and flat and i thought kids sat on their sleds here and coins fell out of their pockets , i dug up a penny and about 6 feet away i got 2 dimes same hole , about 20 feet from me was a big old tree so i walked towards it and about 8 feet away i got a solid 90 signal though it was a small copper pipe like always , boy was i wrong i,m looking at this shinny round thing i picked it up it had weigh i gently rubbed it and realized it was a walking liberty half dollar , i got so excited i filled in the hole and went right home cleaned it up a 1943 walker my first . The next day all i could think about was if there was any more , drank my coffee checked my e-mail tracked UPS it said on truck out for delivery , there was no way these packages were going to walk away if I,m not here so i waited all day ,then at 3:30 i got my grandchildren off the school bus 3:45 UPS truck gets here now i,m ready at 4:15 i called my daughter and asked her if she would be here before dark she said 5 minutes , when she got here i went right back to the spot , another 90 signal one after another and then no more , i walked about 3 feet or so and it started all over , more half dollars and then i seen a silver dollar picked it up and there were 2 stuck together with dirt , it got dark so i went home with a pocket half filled with dirt and silvers , cleaned them all up and had a total of 14 by now. I had a problem sleeping but made it , the next day i went right back to the second hole and there goes my detector again i got six nice signals but only dug 5 when my girlfriend called at lunch i said there were more , so when she got off work we took a walk another nice signal i said dig right here and she did you should have seen her face when she seen this shinny big coin down in the hole within a second it was in her pocket she did not want to leave . Any way i went back today and i think i got them all 20 big silvers well i got 19 and she is very happy i think she is addicted to detecting right now . i will never have a find like that Thanks Everyone and H.H.
