Marked coins

I just picked up my two boxes of halfs from my other pickup bank. The 1st box I could not beleive what I saw. I would open a roll of coins and 16 to 18 of them was marked with a black marker. Someone is marking the E in Liberty. I think this persom must be marking every coin he/she looks at. Out of that box there must have been 70% of the coins was marked. I wish I had my camera out to take a pic of this. But my wife has packed the camera as we are headed out to FL tomorrow for a week. Has anyone else ben getting these coins with the E marked I just wonder how close he is to me. I am in the Northwest corner of Ohio.

And both boxes was skunks again that is 10 in a roll on the boxes. Been doing better on road trip and picking up a few roll at a time what ever they will give me.......Matt

the last few boxes of halfs I have gotten have alot of them marked in blue permanent marker with a M on them. Ticks me off.

I'm going through my second box of halves ever and notice about 1 out of 20-40 are marked. Out of curiousity (since I'm new here) how does everyone feel about this? I can understand why some may mark coins but is it viewed in a negative light? If so, why? Thanks in advance for the info.

I received some just today with a big A on them. Just thought that it was spring break
and APush was having a little fun.....
