✅ SOLVED Mass. Suspender Clip?

[caprock]

Found this suspender clip a while back at a mid to late 19th century site. Can't find any info on it, and was wondering if anyone knew what it was or had seen one before. Look like Mass. State seal. Thanks for looking.
