I’d like to see us massachusetts/ southern New England MD’ers get more active and possibly meet up as the ground thaws. I live in central massachusetts, work in western mass and grew up in eastern mass so I have some very good ideas on where we can go and get at some good colonial sites along with many other sites of interest. I’ve tried to contact some of the local MD clubs but no one has responded as of yet, so I took the initiative to get us active and digging. I was contacted by a member from northern CT and we will meet up this spring and get the ball rolling, but I would love to see more of us meet and do some hunting together. PM me so we can exchange contact info and do some digging!!! I have started compiling some good permissions and I’m itching to go.
Thanks,
Bob (joe-dirt)

Happy to see this post in the Massachusetts section Joe-Dirt. Always open for a hunt here in MA! I'm in the Merrimack Valley north of Boston so central and western MA are a bit of a drive for me. Please PM me on any plans if they come together. I've been hunting through the winter in the woods where the ground is still diggable. No old coins yet this year though...just a few relics.
