I hit an old park on the other side of town this morning and managed to find a barber half, I was mainly going for the deep high conductors

I'm gonna say no less than 10 inches but the signal was real good and I wasn't about ready to stop digging. Before I dug the plug it was bouncing between 86 & 88 sometimes 90 but as soon as I took the plug out it read half dollar every sweep of the coil, I love that sweet sound the silver coins make even when they are deep.

Most awesome find! Never completely hunted out! (except Jackson parks). What a hunk of silva! FFD

Awesome dig! have not hit a silver yet this year.

WOW! Ya done great! We should go diggin sometime. We live not too far apart. :)

With big silver like that.....

I believe you to be Yukon Cornelius... (From Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer)... What a SWEEEEEEEET find!! Congrats!!

Thanks for all the great replies everyone  Mike we'll have to do some hunting sometime, that ground is really dry right now, I usually try to hit spots where it won't mess up turf in this dry stuff and water huntin is just around the corner too.

Oh yeah!! Barber stuff is sweet, and to find a half to boot...don't get much better!! Nice digs!!! Dan
