A friend of mine, my son and I cooked up 12 racks of St Louis cut pork ribs for the event. Funny thing though, all 3 of us ate burgers. Go figure.

Cool, packerbacker. Y'all should make it out here to Frisco, CO for the BBQ Challenge this month. I like it cause I get free food at all the booths. (I'm kinda of a local character, or somethin, but I do spend a lot of money there.) We got the electric here, too, but we're still workin on the indoor toilet concept.
