I thought somebody might want to check out these military style pants, they have knee pad inserts that go in a pocket inside the pants, plus all kinds of pockets and drawstrings on the bottom for tick country etc. I going to try and post a link, a little under 40 dollars for the pants and a little under 10 dollars for the knee pad inserts. Seems pretty good but I guess they would wear out pretty soon. Anyway here they are. pants.webpTRU-SPEC Tactical Response Uniform

they look good but a bit pricy.

Yea, I got lucky and found some Carhardt Pants that fit me from goodwill for 4 bucks a piece ( 3 pair)..them things are SOLID...I have to keep checking the dryer when I dry them because they are so stiff..lol

I use black BDU's from the local army surplus store. $20 for them, and they have nice pockets, and then I wear knee pads that cost me $7.

Too pricy for me. I usually wear 10 pocket shorts and one kneepad. I don't care how it looks, but it is cool.

Hay, it's easier to find the ticks. Frank...111-1 profile.webp

I already own 3 pairs, I love cargo pants.... They work real good for my conceal carry as the waist band expands makes it easy to pull my 45...

American by birth, Patriot by choice.

I would rather die standing on my two feet defending our Constitution than live a lifetime on my knees......

I ran across a pair of pants in one of my wood working mags that had pockets in the knee fronts for knee pads...I thought that was a good idea because I hate the wrap around your leg style knee pads!

guess i'm just cheap, took the pockets off an old pair, had the wife sow them on the knee of another old pair, stuffed them with rags, sewed them shut.......instant knee pads

Nude beach. Nobody wears anything.

Comes with old age

I have a pair of the Tru-Spec pants...I think they're made from reinforced steel. I'm not sure what it would take to wear these things out, but I know I don't ever want to fight the man who could.

Check around online and you can probably find cheaper prices. The local surplus store sells them for about $10 cheaper than online. Similar pants are available from Vertex and 5.11 Tactical. All three sell shorts versions as well as lighter "summer weight" versions. The Vertex pants are currently getting rave reviews and I'll probably try a pair of those next.
