I just watched a story about Metal Detecting On The Today Show with Matt Lauer and Merideth Viero. The Episode aired Monday 12/14/09 in Houston Texas at 8:30am Central Time. They were doing a story about the hobby of Metal Detecting. They were at Jones Beach in Winter Time. If You are able to see this Episode Of The Today Show, The story is very cute.

It was cute. Too bad they were detecting a beach in the winter when finds can be so sparse. Would have been cool if they actually had a good find.
