meteorite with large lamellae crystal???

I have found this small rock which is composed of orthopyroxene crystals and also lamellae crystals and has brown weathered crust on it. My question is, do only meteorites have lamellae crystals or also some earth rocks? see 2 photo's of my stone with a large lamellae crystal on it and 2 photo's of LA 001

it turnes out to be a limestone with fossils.
