rock with crust or weathering rind?

Found this heavy rock and noticed after cleaning that is has a crust which is part of the rock because there are patches on the rock that have the remainders of that crust. Or is it a weathering rind? The crust contains the same crystals as in the whole rock. Hope to hear your opinion.

what puzzels me is the the crust or rind has the same color as the inside, does a rind not have a rusty brown color?

Meteorite fusion crusts are usually darker than the interior, but with some rare exceptions, usually in achondrites. They're often black or almost black when fresh, arising from recrystallisation as magnetite, but may weather to browns and oranges.
Weathering rinds on terrestrial rocks can be pretty much any colour, and may be lighter or darker than the interior matrix, depending on the mineralogy.

it is very funy i last watched a youtube video about testing meteorites, and they said that you can test all you want even with a lab and still people have doubts that it is a meteorite. And finding a meteorite is almost impossible because 99,99% of rocks examend are not meteorites. so i think i am going to take on a different hobby. see video:
