Goldencoin you were in the U.P. did you not have your detector ?

They weren't tearing up the streets, or else I would have been all over that (or maybe I didn't see it!). I did, however, find an early french buckle and a couple of musket balls a bit further south in July

Most of the buttons are mid 20th C, many blazer types (other than the flatties).
I think a little over cleaning is responsible for the 'look', if so I would calm down on the next lot, in case a good button turns up.
I like the cameo, even if its post 1900, copying the Vicky style. Plus the scabbard hook.

What a haul! You got to love this odd MI winter, I have been out a few times the this last week but not that kind of finds. Again Congratulations!
