I found these back in the early 70's whilst arrowhead hunting near Bisbee, AZ. I don't know much about this stuff as we don't really find such things in Nevada, so I was hoping somebody could clue me in a bit. Thanks for looking!

Top and bottom rows are the 1902 Great Seal button design, that is still in use today. The button with the 2 on it, is a 2nd Infantry button possibly from WW1. Those are some nice button finds.

Thanks for the info! I wish I could go back there and hunt it with my detector now, but I'd probably get shot, it's in a border area hot zone with the cartels.

They would make a great little display to hang on a wall.

Yeah, I actually took them out of the frame for the pics. Will replace the faded fabric backing in the frame before I put them back in. 8-)

A little more information on your buttons. The top two on the left, both small ones on either side in the center and the bottom three Great Seal buttons date 1902-1910. In 1910 a rim was added. The top right great Seal button dates after 1927 when the rim style was changed to a more angular design.

I agree with Trezurehunter that the collar disc is WW1 and it is from the 2nd Infantry Company I. I have not seen the small great seal piece you have pictured in the middle of the second row before.

Yeah, that's an odd one. I haven't seen one like that posted on here before.

Good finds! Do you know any history on the area?

My grandfather, who took me there, said it was where the general Pershing camped when they were going after Poncho Villa.

He found these later on that same year near Hatchita, NM and said that was from another skirmish with PV.
