Military insignia patch expertise

OK forum, what is this patch? 1 3/8 x 1/58 It almost looks Japan military rank. I cannot find one like it. Need some help here. Thanks ahead of time.

That's a tough one. Can you give some more info on where you found, was it on something, etc?

It came with a few military patches. I do not think it is U.S. military.

IMO it is not US military, does not look like the type we use. The first thing that I thought of was Spanish military because the red-yellow-red is the same as their flag. Unfortunately I can't find anything like this out there.

Perhaps coincidentally, that's the same design as the (George) Washington family Coat of Arms.

And the "Greater" Coat of Arms has yellow on it as well.

I feel like I've seen that logo before on department store clothing. Maybe on a children's jacket
