Still getting used to the Deus. It does seem to like silver coins. Had these two yesterday afternoon, a better than average William 111 sixpence dated 1697. And a worn shilling of William 1111 dated 1836. Both were fairly shallow finds, not really hitting the deep stuff yet. More practice required, I think.

Nice Silvers Rob I hope you don't mind digging plenty of coke, because at 6.8 discrim it sounds like a hammered.

I was using that discrim setting and I was digging it at six inches on one site, drove me around the bend.

Between 30-35. You can lower that on a quiet site to what ever you want.
