Face value looks like you have 2 million dollars.

I'd probably be willing to buy something like that, with the COA, for 2.5

(that's 2 dollars and 50 cents)

Not real, the US never made anything larger than $100,000 bill.

That just goes to show what a certificate of authenticity is worth!

Mike

The Drug store in the village is selling copies to tourists for $1.00...

Become a billionair overnight for a few bucks invested...

United States currency---in large demonations--to the best of my knowledge ---will NOT be honored by the US Treasury
They were used by the United States government during World War 2

In fact--turning in large quantities of paper dollars--can result in it being seized. There was a case in the NM papers last year where a man turned in a large quantity
of old money--last year--and the federal govt seized it all. They said he was laundering drug money--and unless he could prove he lawfully obtained every dollar--they were seizing it-----the result was the US government kept every dollar.

As 'Icutler' mentioned above, the largest US bill was $100k.
It was issued between Dec.1934 and Jan 1935.
It 'circulated' only among the Federal Reserve Banks, never into the general population.
Don......

Take it to a convenience store give it to cashier for a purchase and see if you can get change.....:tongue3:

Custom Printed in December 1988 by the world renowned American Bank Note Company (ABNC) exclusively and only as a "Certificate of Wealth" for the International Association of Millionaires (I.A.M.), this is the one and only Million Dollar Bill that actually looks and feels better than real US money.

which means to me it is just for Bragging Rights.
to say Yes I am worth at least a Million Dollars. :laughing7:
whether you had to be a Millionaire or just wish you were I don't know.
I did not read the whole page.
but think if you want to pretend you were issued it. they will sell you one :laughing7:
