Looks like a neat site collection, and very cool of the collector to share his information with the world.

Anyone have any ideas about the material?

The speckled material looks to be Foreacre chert. The grayish colored material may Nehawka or Florence Chert but that's really just a guess from other examples that I've seen. Both, however, do show up in Northwest Missouri and Southwest Iowa.
