Found these this past Sunday mostly iron but some lead and pewter along with a brass tag and another railroad spike.

You need to check for nickel on the middle piece in the second photo. Looks like it could be a meteorite.

I think its more lead Ive found quite a bit of it melted in this area....its heavy so Im guessing thats what it is.

I like that Brass tag. Clean it up and start a display case with all kinds of tags. You will be finding more, I'm sure, and they display very nicely.

Not necessarily damian1013. It could be a meteorite, but without any regmaglympts visible. Then again, there are all sorts of shapes for meteorites.

Good hunt. You’re clearing out those iron objects that may be masking coins and other relics. Is there or was there a railroad nearby?
