I was able to get back to my fort site for a bit this morning before the Florida heat set in. Pulled up another 1830s Artillery coat button. Also a large flat button with a back mark of double gilt with what appears to be a fleur de lis. If anyone has any ideas of the meaning I would greatly appreciate the info. Also got this silver quarter and another pewter trouser button. Thanks for looking!!!
