Morgan Dollar and Gold ring

[beeping4fun]

So I pick up my Detecting Bud today to go to work, and I manage to talk him into playing hooky. We went to one of his spots nearby and I found a gold ring !!! After spending the day there we came across some clad and other items.. I drop him off and pick my son up from the bus, so I went across the street to the neighbors yard where I found a Morgan Dollar SWEEET. yesterday I found a Merc. Dime ...Boy is my Bud mad!!!

Wow, that's a Nice Silver Dollar. I got my third one last year. It was a 1899 Silver dollar. It only took me 23 years to find my three.

Congratulations on finding your Silver Dollar, many guys hunt all their lives and never find one.

I'm thinking about what a dollar was worth back then compared to now. I'm imagining folks keeping a tight grip on them. Finding one has definately got to be the top of coin shooting. WOW, great job.
