My baby is broken, Drown my Ace 350. Can she be saved

I did a Dumb A$$ thing and put my detector where I thought no waves would hit it. And this is even after I watched for 3 min or so making sure the detector would be out of harms way. Sure enough not 5 seconds after putting it down. A wave rolls up on shore and knocks it over. Not another @$%%# wave went that high the whole time we were there.....
So I without thinking I tried to turn it on, It was my first trip to the beach with it, so I'm sure I fried it.
I cleaned it all up when I got home and removed any moisture, With Damp Rid, Blow Gun...Ect.. I also used Acetone to clean up the board with a soft tooth brush.
But no luck, If I keep hitting the power button you will hear the turn on beep but only 10th of a sec and it cuts right out.
Maybe someone might see something thats bad in one of the pics.....I know the whole thing lol
Hoping someone can help. Tear Tear...
Cant afford another one. This one was for the long haul.

throw the circuit board in a bowl of fresh uncooked (dried) rice and cover it up. Let it sit for 2-3 days. It has worked for my wife in the past when she drowned her cell phone.

Bottle of contact cleaner, if that doesnt work take the motherboard and let it sit in the sun for one day and if it still doesn't work than send it off to service something has shorted for sure.

Second this one we've had the same iPhone take a dip in water twice. Zip lock baggy of rice and it was good as new. Dnt understand how it work but it has saved us a lot of money. Lol
