Although I wasn't quite as obsessive-compulsive as I was in 2007, I still managed to make quite a few nice coin finds this year.
And although I've probably done enough research to keep me busy for a lifetime, I didn't quite do as much new permission seeking as I did last year. So I stuck with a handful of sites I already had permission on, as well as still finding some occassional new spots.
I wasn't a total slacker, I still knocked on some doors!
Here's pretty much the best stuff I've found since January of 08.
I had just over 100 silver coins this year.
It's my 4th year detecting now, (3rd seriously), and I had a few good "firsts" again.
Got my 1st Half-Cents, 2-Cent Pieces, and SLQ with a date this year.
And I did really well in the Barber & Mercury dime, and Injun dept.
Anyway, here's some photos of my favorite finds.

1st Photo: 37, 39, 42, and 45 Walkers
2nd Photo: 1907 & 1909 Barber Quarters
3rd Photo: 1893 & 1894 Barber Quarters
4th Photo: 1853 & 1850 Large Cents
5th Photo: 1804 & 1826 Half Cents
6th Photo: 2 1864 & 1865 2 Cent Pieces
7th Photo: 1843 seated dime, 1923 SLQ, and 1905 & 1907 Injuns.
8th Photo: A photo showing all the keepers I scored at one particular hotspot I found in November.

Well, thanks for looking.
Hope everybody has a GREAT new year, and exceeds all their expectations in 2009!
TBK.
