My Best Find Yet!!!!!

My Finds Today Pretty exited

I didn't think I would find much and all I was digging up was trash and square nails. I went over to this huge oak tree and found a metal button which i simply threw since it was modern. Then I get a Strong hit in the same hole. I Pull out a Sterling Silver ring(My First Silver and First Ring) and yelled "I Got Some Roundness"(reference to The Show Diggers). Then After that I went to a pond right to the left of the tree about a 10 minute walk, and my 1st hit was a wheat penny. (1945 D , I think). These were my finds for today.

Congrats on the ring, and your first wheat. I hope you meant "threw out" in regards to the metal button and not just that you threw it off somewhere. Part of our job is leave areas we hunt as good as or even better than when we got there!

The only thing worse than finding a piece of junk, is finding the same piece of junk again !!!
