The first 4 pics are 4 of the 9 cases donated to the local historical society. The last 2 are of the case and the new property owner, who granted me permission after years of being denied by previous owners.

NICE finds and a GREAT donation on your part I have given a lot of my findings away to museums and historical societies

Gare, well it sure can't hurt! Just discovered that the historical society will put all of the donated display cases on show at the museum. They plan to open the exhibit sometime in March. Planning to take my youngest grandson to it. When he gets excited I'll mention how many nails, pop tabs, etc I also dug along the way - just so he knows not every plug contains a silver dollar.
