I did some research and got permission to hunt one the oldest houses in my home town with one catch she wants to see my finds and she has never had anyone ever go over it. I did not have much time before i had to pick up kids so focused on the front where she just had some trees removed and the yard was already disturbed. My first hit was a nickel signal and out popped a 1920 buffalo at 4 in. I decided right there any good signal is getting dug. All together I found 3 buffalos, 1893 quarter, 1895 dime, 1907 dime, 3 indians, 9 wheaties, Roy Rogers badge, captain midnight skelly flight patrol pin, and a ring I think is silver. Has a makers mark with an arrow going through a U or A not sure. I am going back tomorrow to show her and do a little more looking.

Congrats.Nice finds.HH.

Great finds! Willing to bet there's a lot more there! Can you get a closeup of the 1895 Barber dime? That's a key date and if there's an O or No mintmark on the back, depending on the grade it can be worth a substantial amount of $. Good luck! Jeff

Nice finds. Just curious if you offered a gift or are giving her a gift to say thank you.

Sweet Captain Midnight Skelly pin!

The 1895 is an s mint mark. And I will be going there tomorrow and yes wanted to offer a gift or show my appreciation I am kinda new to this any ideas or what is the norm. She doesn't seem to be into the stuff I found so what do I offer?
