Went out to a small park after work to relax and do some digging, I was finding a few coins and decided to hit the tot lot. I found a couple quarters and a dime , all clad, when I got a solid VDI of +35. I thought I was too close to the monkey bars so, I used my pro pointer to be sure and I uncovered this beautiful mans chain. I thought it was silver at first, when I got back to my car, I was able to get a good look at it............... Score!! GOLD!! It weighs in at a whopping 38.2 grams of 14K gold! Anybody have a idea of its worth before I take it to be appraised? Thanks for looking!

Be careful! I found one like it and turned out to be no gold content. can you say fake!! Please let us know if its real. It's a heart pumper no matter the outcome. This is what this hobby is all about. You never know what is comming out of the ground next.

that's an incredible find, that would pay for my detector 3 times over. I sure hope I get to dig something like that soon.
