That thing is incredibly cool! I like seeing the stuff you find, I know you are in Idaho and I'm in Montana, but I consider Challis "close" to me when it comes to your artifacts. A lot of the pieces you have posted look like the same material and style that I find in Southwest Montana. There is a place here where that type of jasper was "mined" for thousands of years. You can still see the "pits" (hundreds of them). They used to have a historic sign on the road close by, but they have taken it down, and never put another up. It would really be cool to see this one up close in person!
