What a awesome hunt. It was tough digging but lots of great relics came out. I dug my first complete Spencer Cartridge and my first star based bullet, made at the Washington arsenal. I can hardly wait until Diggin in Virginia 9 this spring.

Pretty cool finds! I've never found an unfired Spencer, Just a case. Biggest rimfire case I ever saw.

I was just talkin' about the DIV hunt with my buddy Tsgman...Just an awesome dig,so many great piece's came out of there.I watched SCdigger's video and it look's way too cool!!!!I can't imagine the research and planning that all take's.Big congrat's on the full spencer and the "star",found my first a couple month's ago,something that was on my list considering I was born in Washington,D.C....Loo'ks like you had a blast with some excellent find's!!!Thank's for sharing....Definetley gonna try and hit the next one if possible!!Congrat's on the find's Tsgman and HH!!
