My Dog is a Digger

[burgessbogy]

Today I glanced over at a hole my dog dug right next to my house. I saw something peaking out but I wasn't quite sure what it was, so I got out my pinpointer and my tools and went to work.
Still not 100% sure that they are what they appear to be (musketball? Sword?) but I'm happy nonetheless!

Haha....you better take the dog out detecting with ya.

He doesn,t even need a detector !!!

Looks like a musket ball..dunno about the sword.

LOL I tried to teach my dog to find silver n gold - to no avail

Haha! She may be my new partner! I also found old cloth in there like the sword-like piece had been wrapped up in it. There were a couple of pieces of old broken china, and an unknown iron piece. It's partially under my house, so it's driving me nuts. I want so badly to get under there and go dirt-diggin' crazy.
