First gold of the year

Decided to try the dog park by my house because I didn't feel like walking far and just why not. Noticed a lot of affluent people would take their dog there, noticed dogs would fight owners would scramble, lots of running the little obstacle course along side the dogs so in my brain all this movement meant stuff dropped. Turns out my intuition paid off. Got a faint signal as I was going saw yellow shine way down and I thought oh a beer bottle cap as those have got me before, nope not this time gold in the hole.

Nope, never been out that way. One day I want to go to states with older history to metal detect. Sadly I've only been to Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
