My father passed...question

I know this isnt artifacts but I need somebody to PM me that knows Wv laws on this type of thing. He had 2 homes and I need to get the info on them and public records is tough to view. Anyone?

Thank you everyone for the support. I am going to be on the phone tomorrow trying to get info. WV is a tough state to get info on is what I am finding out. It use to be real easy to view public records but since all of the illegal alien stuff most sites are on the lock down now days. Ill get it though I am tough like that.
