My finding in questioning

Here is what I have found for the day but can someone tell me what the round thing is with the letter B on it. The thing is really heavy...? Thanks all

Possibly a scale weight? Does it feel like steel or lead? Or some other metal?

This is a long shot, but maybe it's wood's metal. Wood's metal is a low-temperature melting alloy that's sometimes referred to as bendalloy hence the "B" marking. It looks like it was roughly cast with no particular importance given to dimensions too. If it's non-magnetic and can be scratched with a fingernail then that's one possibility.
