Shame about the Gold Watch winder :-\

Nice little Belgium peeing boy, rubbed the head of the one in Mons :laughing9:

Awesome assortment of finds!
what material is that 'Peeing Boy' statue, Copper?
odd, it doesn't appear to be a replica of the original in Belgium.
Does it have the plumbing to be a fountainhead?
Congrats, Herbie.

Hi Antiquarian,
The item wich was showed is an Pocketwatch key, it come,s most likely out of the 17th gentury and it is made of Gold, unfortunely a peas of it is missing, i,d dig and dig around that spot were it whas found but no luck to find that missing peas.

Man you hit the right spot didn't ya ? Good job !!! :headbang:

I have to agree with the previous posters comment about your sheer volume of finds, that is a serious pile of metal! Did you show all this to the farmer so he could be shocked at was hiding in his field all this time?

Hi Antiquarian,
The item which was showed is an Pocketwatch key, it come,s most likely out of the 17th century and it is made of Gold, unfortunately a piece of it is missing, i,d dig and dig around that spot were it was found but no luck to find that missing peas.

Thanks very much for your response Eem-Piem. Maybe the person that owned this, broke it in two pieces as he was winding his watch and in frustration threw both halves into the field for you to find 350 years later! :laughing9:
