my finds yesterday

went hunting my yard again yesterday for a couple hours. tried a different part, near the driveway. there was a hole from an uprooted tree. my parents had filled in the hole. i was getting all kinds of signals. found 2 pennies-1982 and 1998... found a couple pieces of junk... i quit that area because i wasnt sure how deep i should dig in the hole. apparently my parents threw alot of JUNK into the hole to fill it up, so it was a good thing i didnt keep digging there. then i went to other parts of the yard. mostly the same kind of stuff i have been finding, junk. going to throw the clippers away because theyre too rusty and are stuck in that position. oh well... going to the lake tomorrow. hoping to find something good there.

don't be so quick to toss those clippers...I have tons of screwed up junque saved from years of hunting...by itself it may look pretty ugly, but in a group starts looking pretty cool, fun to look back sometimes and see all the dug junque together in one spot.

At least you didn't get skunked...DJ is right old rusty stuff looks a lot cooler when you have more than one. Who knows you may start a new trend (collecting rusty clippers)

Not raining here today but it is already 2:30 in the afternoon and just now got my oven fixed FINALLY so I am sitting outside while bread dough raises and reading about all the cool stuff other people found. lol
