Nice Example of a Paleo Blade. Congrats!

Nice one!

Way to go freemindedClark

Any ideas as far as the insurance value this might need?

Nice find, those are often broken or used up to the point that they look like little thumb scrapers. Definitely a sign that people were hanging out, using and losing tools there in prehistoric times.

Individual flake tools (bladelets, cores, utilized flakes, uniface scrapers, thumb scrapers) are usually not worth insuring from a monetary point of view.

I have a large bowl that I found in the same area. What about as far as additional value added to my collection. Are we talking $20-$30 or $120-$130 or $5-$10?

That is a KILLER tool!

Assuming you mean the knife / scraper and not the Bowl I would think 5-10$ ...like others said this type of artifact just doesn’t bring much value
