Good going! I thought I found my first ring fast, it took me five weeks.

What kind of hunting were you doing? Beach, park, homestead? What did it sound like? Mine sounded like a quarter, yea cheap toe ring.

Congrats on the first ring. Hope you find many more of them. That's some feeling when you first hold it in your hand isn't it.?

Congrats! I found my first ring after a month or so in a site near I was working. ACE got a strong signal 6" down. It was bronze but maybe not a finger ring but a chain ring, surely Roman...I already gave it to Authorities, but have pictures.

I have found 3 rings with my ace 250 I got for Christmas and they all showed up as a nickel. 1 14 k, a 925 sterling and a large gold plated wedding band.
