My first shield and not a jersey copper

Hello all hope your all enjoying these great northeast November days I went out with bartek
Yesterday hit a few sites nothing doing Bart got one fatty I pulled a war nickel 1945 p great shape but eh We headed to another spot just hitting areas for 30 min if we find a hit we stay if not move on. On the way I say to Bart I really want to fin a shield nickel I have none. !
We pull into new spot get out turn on tune up not 30 yards from the car I get a shallow steady 56 on my gamma 6000 One scoop out pops a shield. I call Bart he's like really ? Oh yea
Today I go to moms for dinner. I'm looking out her window I see a 6 foot cut tree stump
She now lives in a senior community So I'm like I have to check that tree ! Right ?
One min I get so solid penny I dig it it's large ? Wow I say no idea what it is. I'm thinking jersey copper oh yea I get inside. Clean it it in great shape I see it's not. It's an old peep show coin
