My first V nickel! In my yard!

[BottleCapBandit]

I just can't get over the fact that I have been over this spot since 1996 and only pulled a few wheats for coins. I take the new Vaquero out for the first time and pull a 1883 V nickel and a 39 merc! I found a NYLOTIS powder tin (the round one with a peacock on it) and another mirrorless tin (maybe for tabacco?) along with a few whatsits and a buckle. I love my new Vaquero! The coins were both within 3" how could I miss these!? I mean the place is LOADED with trash but wow!

Cool! All from the yard or from the field? You dig the field across the road yet? Might have to come down tomorrow! I need to get paid anyway.
