My girlfriend got me this rock from Norway, can anyone id it?

It looks like it could be tourmaline running through it??

Quartz and Black Tourmaline. The black tourmaline supposedly absorbes negative/bad energies/frequencies, if you believe that stuff. Keep it around, just in case I say

Plenty of tourmaline in Norway...... I can't read what language it's in, but it looks like there are at least 14 mines that produce tourmaline in Norway. I could be wrong......

It looks like quartz, the green is likely an algae, growing within the cracks.
