Sara, their called a corner tang knives. Late Archaic, and supposedly worn around the wrist by a thong tied to the tang, when using.

Really nice stuff!! Black axe is rare at least in Ohio. Birdstones, I,m no expert on. But from what I can see sir,I,d be proud to display with my finest.

I want to thank everyone for there comments and for looking at my collection. As soon as it begins to warm up I will be out looking again. I should have some more pieces to display then. Thanks Again.

Yes Gypsy. The pots where found in the Missouri Bootheel just outside of Charleston next to a small town called Wyatt. I believe that is the correct spelling.
