My Jefferson's And Buffalo's Were Shielded
Got bored today and decided to do some coin roll hunting and decided to call a bank that I don't usually go to and asked if they had any halves and they said yes, $100.00 dollars worth so I go down and buy them and while I was there I asked if I could get a box of nickels to and they said that was fine. When I made it home I opened the rolls of halves and all skunks. Then I opened up the box of nickels and started searching hoping I would find some war nickels to add to the silver pile.
Searched threw the first 49 rolls and found some very nice older Jefferson Nickels, Then on the last roll I found 3 No-Date Buffalo Nickels and 1 1866 Shield Nickel
I don't know if you will be able to see the date on the shield nickel due to the coin is very worn and I uploaded using a scanner. Under a loop I can see the date 1866 pretty well. Good Luck And Happy Hunting!!!!
