My last dig of 07'....

Kinda funky looking piece...This was literally my last dig for the year.Have no idea what it is,some kind of ring or something. The middle(stone) area is all cracked up looking and the rest appear's to be gold plated. The thing is pretty ugly really.....Anyway have a Happy New Year

Beauty's in the eye of the treasure hunter

I found a silver ring that had a "stone" that did the same thing..most likely synthetic but not too bad a find.

Happy New Year,

Hey, Civilman, looks like you found one of those common synthetic torquoise victorian style rings....

J/K

I've never found one like that this year. Very Interesting.
Good luck in '08.

Happy New Year!

Way to go Civil. That's old enough to be Father Times ring.

I hope someone can give you an idea of the age.
Congrats,

Re: My last dig of 07'....

I found one like this last spring. Mine had a coral looking stone in it. Turned out to be a junk piece. Yours is much nicer.
