Tonight’s boxes were pretty decent. I had 2 firsts tonight… my first gold plated half dollar- and my first silver proof-
Box 1:
3- 40%

Box 2:
3-40%
1-1964

Box 3:
4- 40%
1- Gold plated 1971

Box 4:
5-40%
1-2007 S- silver proof

Box 5:
5-40%
1-1964

Box 6:
3- 40%

Anyone hang on to those gold plated coins with the 1960, 1980 punched into them?

Nice Haul. Great pickup on the silver proof. The only make about a million of those or so. For the gold plate, I save them for my kids and then I am going to sell them at a yard sale for $1 each. HH

Yeah, I found one yesterday in my second skunk box of the week. Same dates punched in too. I'm gonna hang on to it, see how many I can get & give em to the kids or sell them someday.

Congrats on the finds!!

I've kept the stamped dated Kens...I don't know why, but I have. I think I have 2 or 3 of them. I haven't kept them because of a possible value over 50 cents. I guess I've held them back like a MD'er might keep all the pull tabs he has dug.

I have found those stamped coins and kept them, too. But I keep a lot of the stranger stuff. I hold on to the gold plated ones, also. Will cash them in when gold hits 3000!
