my marked coin

Earlier in the year I marked a bunch of half dollars to see if was getting the same coins back and today I did. I marked them WF 1/6/14. So it took 2 months for me to get back some of my dumps. Has anyone in North Tx seen this as well. I only got back a few and In That box somebody was burning up a bunch of coins.

Also who is this RC OKC that marks their coins. When i am in OK I get a bunch.
